Lets Go krazy kats from Holland , let’s see if we can keep up with … Speedmobile, their ripping up the place with this hi octane album, within this walloping pack we have a distinctive mix of ,well anything full pelt rock n roll, neo, psycho, gothabilly, as even described punk n roll,

From Artone label and manufactured and distributed by music on vinyl, part of Artone label, this wild rock n roll album also released on vinyl black and limited colour, was recorded and mixed at #hitpit studios Bavel in the Netherlands over a two-year input of hard work from 23 to 24. produced and engineered by j. Haamer, a mix of song writing by…., again the band themselves… go on lads !!!

With the hard core line up of

Jereon Haamers (Batmobile) on the speed guitars and vibrant vocal,

Bart Nederhand crashing the drums

Bart Geevers on the bass and backing vocal.(Peter pan speed rock)

With this input and powerhouse talent lets crash in to their album …demolishing time

Demolition Town

A nice clear opening of spoken lyrics by them all crashing straight in to tune. Solid drive of guitar and throbbing drums, riding along bass, and plenty sturdy drum fills, couple of get together of band for chorus ensambled vocals adding the emphasis workin fantastic together to quick instrument  fade out big neo vince ray feel

Still Dangerous

A guitar and drum start off build up. Brill building bringing in the bass, then vocal striking to ascended scale with and riffs plenty of drive . Great use of like a bass tremolo pulse feel playing to guitar, nice drive drum with punchy cymbals and longish end out mix of use of all instruments with effect done by band themselves bending guitar sounds and catchy use of drum and hi hat… A.L.

Back in the game

Banging opening of drums direct to immediate guitar drive. slower rock vibe, raw vibrant vocal, more of metal meet new psychobilly vibes, interesting use of driven cymbals and distorted guitar and harsh bass

Rock and roll will be

Distorted guitar revving the beginning pounding driven riff, lots of bassy drums and cymbal drive on their sections the snare bass. The bass and riff drive this number , vocals blending well with the effects, good ending of drum guitar …

 Baby Yer My Speed

Jungle drums starting to link to the bass bringing in the compressed guitar and then cymbals and finally the  vocals. Very neat progression, cross between garage rock and rock and brash neo, brilliant guitar solo on riff scale , ending with thumping drums  chords and pulsing bass

Theres No Stopping Till The Club Is Rockin

Thunderous drumming intro and power chords, on full throttle, plenty of pounding snare and use of cymbal bridges, heavy driving bass line licks, real mid psychobilly feel old days and new mixed, vocal power and sing and reply , guitar outro…there is no stopping at all

Better Not Say That

Driving distorted guitar possible palm muted duo riff.  Attention grabbing sound pounding fast paced drumming snares. working with the instructional vocals, feel of classic rock punkabilly. sharp ending.

The Devil Is My Witness

Guitar and punctuated drum on full beat rhythm and pounded, great little breaks for title track section, slowed down distorted echo with its deviant sound, Power chord fast guitar bass, hard driving ensemble piece, load of ….oomph, neo, psycho rock rumble with a raw guitar fade out

All About The Show

Revving guitar distortion, power chords and heavy riding drum kit. Great use of snare toms and cymbals riding along. Power vocals another mix of neo billy, garage rock, psych and rock, brill ending of rocky mid pitched guitar solo.

Instrumental

Now here we have a psycho garage surfer, fantastic use of distortion, mid echo and bending tremolo, extended scale riffs,  the steady paced drum on single double beat snare and defined cymbals. Start and ends with the bass to carry them all together, brill drum fill, ..instrumental super, Trashmen meets psycho.

Speedmobile

On to a rock sound gothabilly if you will, taken a sound from a very classic hit, you may notice it, done in a very tasteful unique manner , catching you ear Ready for more. Slower start in minor with distortion,  slide guitar whams into action, fast paced drum rolls and cymbal bar ends, revving riff guitar, very slick guitar solo, vocal fitting with longer and shorter notes and power depth, a strong bass line throughout.

Rockstar

Yep, they are sounding like that, power drivin distorted guitar again and forceful drum pattern solid beat, constant guitar strumming, more of a shouting vocal to this, roaring bass mixing with the guitar, lot more classic rock metal sound with a classy solo of guitar drum guitar, you’ll be air guitaring and head banging !!

The List

This track is blending in somewhat to the list. The list of a to do during the day, so let’s completely rock it up with power tenor drum rolls on the verses, thrashing kit on the rest, guitar again, distorted, and full pelt on the rock vocals singing off of each other.

Ride to Hell

A roaring guitar solo intro steady drum snare and cymbal. Sharp ends broken guitar riffs in sections and pronounced strums on the rest, variation of vocals, mid to higher drop to lower.  Mixed style of guitar compressor delay near to the end. more of a psycho throttle billy with this variation taking us to hell in a good way and back

No Regrets

Well, they already said it, “No Regrets” I think we got that, a distorted guitar riff scale echoed on guitar and vocals, Very fast blazing pace, with twanging bass and guitar solo, mix of rock metal and psycho with distinct fade out.

Summary

So, well folks, do you like rock? Metal ? surf ?psycho billy ? if so, get this while you can, there is such an interesting crazy mixture here, wanting your music revved up ? then this is for you. Elements of Dick Dale and  Link Wray, to Sabbath and motorhead, unbelievable you would think? but  it’s here, there are some id play on the airwaves , and some for the airwaves of other shows, and look forward to hearing these guys on the different platforms, impressive ….lets rock !

To go with this remarkable mix, the cover does describe the album as being a crushing knockout, of a stretched black and grey building estate with speedmobile in bold text along the top, a bolt through part of the writing and as is demolition town, a nifty bulldozer swinging chain ball down the side.
