Formed in 2014 and come to us from Finland, this trio play "No Nonsense" straight edged and with their own original songs and style bring us a brand-new release. They plan on releasing a new track soon which will be available on there media outlets linked below. All tracks are written by the talented Janne Vuorinen. The recording was made at Sund Kitchen Studio. Recorded by Juho Ilkko whom also recorded the band’s Debut album. A new album will hopefully be released in September of 2024 and will be available on both streaming services and Vinyl. So lets take a listen to this track, turn up the volume, headphones on and here we go.
The Snake Dance (Vuorinen)
A great introduction with some nice guitar with slap bass and drums closely behind. Sang in the natural language Finnish which is one of the two official languages of Finland, alongside Swedish. But music has no borders and the rockabilly sound is is recognised all over the world. The trio have combined the instruments well and gives a true reflection of the unique style they want to bring to the public. I hear all aspects of the modern sounds of the genre, psycho, Neo and the original slap bass of the 1950s.
Summery
Although the lyrics were in native tongue it didn’t spoil the feel of the track and great instrument and vocal talent shown through. As I complete this review news of the album has just broke so the links are below, ive used the front cover of the new album for this review. Good Luck Messed Up Trio and hope it gets the desired it attention it deserves.
